Uncollected Parcels
Parcels that are not collected in time and are returned to us are not considered an approved return. For such shipments, an administrative fee equivalent to our actual shipping and handling costs will be charged.

Customs and Import Fees
You, as the customer, are responsible for any additional customs, duties, and import taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by your country's customs policies and are beyond our control. As the legal importer of the product, you are liable for these costs.

Return Costs
In the case of a faulty or damaged item, Whiskaro covers the return shipping cost. In the case of a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
